In 2011, from the cozy confines of their home, our founders embarked on a culinary journey, introducing the community to their passion for tacos. With an outpouring of local support, they reignited their dream in 2013, nurturing it for two more years. Then, a golden opportunity arose when the esteemed owners of Cilantros offered us their space. That pivotal moment set us on a path to making history here at Taqueria San Luis, and we've been delighting taco lovers ever since.
